Birthday card for Niki

Tomorrow is Halloween and also its my friend and SU demo birthday as well. Her birthday happen to be on the actually date, Oct 31. On Halloween day!!!  How fun is that? You can throw yourself a birthday and a Halloween birthday party all in one. So cool! Here is the birthday card I made for her. Come and see:

This year, I decided to make her a birthday card instead of Halloween card. Although I did try to make the card look a bit Halloweenish minus the witches, the goblins and all those spooky creatures. I keep it simple and elegant. I also used one color that represented Halloween, which is black,  added in some black butterflies, pretty ribbon, a few pearls  and the beautiful  black flower. I just love the flower and the pretty butterflies, isn't it so stunning? Especially with the color black? The color black always make the card stand out. Love it!  There you have it. A nice and pretty birthday card on Halloween. I hope she liked the card.

Happy Birthday, Doll! I hope you have a wonderful, scary, and spooky on your birthday! Enjoy your gift! :)

So what do you think of this birthday card?

Thanks for stopping by! Have a super day!

Especially I have  friends and relatives to send out Christmas cards, make 4 for CinCin's teacher and staffs, and I also have requested from my sister who asked me to make at least 15 to 20 cards for her staffs. Boy, its going to be one busy holidays for me, but its a good thing! :)

Anyhoo, here is another clean and simple Christmas card. I love using the snowflake  Isn't it pretty? What do you think about the colors combo? Pretty too, huh? I also added one of the gorgeous vintage button on the snowflakes for an accent looked, embossed the pretty elegant lace brocade texture folder, added in the pretty raspberry ripple ribbon, and stamp the word sentiment, " Merry Christmas." and there you have it. I used the pretty lacy texture to embossed the card stock,  added in the gorgeous doily sizzlit die, cute mini pearls for a little accent looked on the Eiffel Tower, a matching pretty stitched ribbon, some mini hearts, and there you have it, a nice and a lovely anniversary card for Charlette and her hubby. Howlstooth and Scaringbone goes Burberry style...

One reason why I bought the SU Howlstooth and Scaringbone DSP because one of the pretty design remind me of a Burberry styles, but the color its a bit darker of course then the original Burberry style. So I save the pretty DSP to make it to a Tote bag. Burberry tote handbag to be exact. ;)  Come and see.

Can you see a resemble of this tote bags and the original Burberry handbag? Isn't the design remind your of the Burberry brand?

This adorable tote is perfect to make a wonderful  gifts. It has plenty of room to filled in all kind of wonderful thing, like a mini lotion, lip gloss, a mini gift set from Bath and Body work or from Victoria's secret, and also a gift cards. Why spend extra money on a mini gift bag when you can make this adorable purse as wonderful birthday present?

And look, I also make a matching card to goes with the adorable little tote. Another pretty CAS birthday card.

The card fit perfectly inside the tote bag. I also used one of my favorite scallop punch to make it into a lovely flower.I used black card stock for the flower because for some reason the black flower make it looked so elegant  Don't think you so? This tote purse is such wonderful gift for all occasions.

I found a wonderful tutorial  how to make this adorable tote bag from Yvonne Stampin' Place. Click here.

Goblin treats

You probably had seen these little goblin treats all over the blogger. This one is a fun treats for Halloween. And its adorable too. I know for sure my girl would love to hav one of this goblins. When it come to party and holidays  I'm just obsessed with favors and treats. I prefer spending  more time on the favors then doing cards. I don't know what it is, but it's one of my  biggest obsessions. ;)

Aren't these goblins treats are so cute, I love the little mummy, he is one of my favorite little goblins. Before I filled in the treats bags, I embossed a few different texture on the bags Then I started filled in some sweet treats. I  know candy corns are so popular and they are perfect for Halloween treats, but sadly. I'm not a huge fan of candy corns. So I substitute with  Chocolate Reeseinstead. Beside who doesn't love chocolate;) But of course, you can filled any sweet treat you like.
